The next few years were dedicated to illustrating books for other authors, as well as releasing her own best seller 'You Can Draw - step by step with Amy Curran', while raising her four children.

In 2021 Amy made a move to the small country town of Taralga, and was welcomed by the community with open arms. She completed a large mural on the front of the Taralga RFS shed which gained a lot of attention including a front page position in the newspaper. It is now listed on the Australian Silo Art Trail. In June 2023, Amy was officially recognised by the NSW State Government for her work as an Artist.

Amy currently focuses on original art works in pastel and oils, which are advertised as they become available on social media and on this website. Her work has won several Best in Show and People’s Choice awards and is collected by many,

displayed in homes and businesses around Australia. One recent original piece is in the home of famous Australian Artist Hilda Rix Nicholas, purchased by her grand daughter.
